Our terms are prepaid via PayPal, Visa or Mastercard, or net-30 days with approval of credit.

Minimum Orders
Orders of less than $100.00 are subject to an $8.00 handling fee. Discounted, negotiated pricing does not qualify for free shipping. Contact sales@polarwire.com for more details.

What we collect
When you contact us or place an order, we collect only what's needed to help you: your name, company, email, phone, and billing/shipping address. Store payments are processed securely through PayPal, Visa, or Mastercard.
How we use it
To answer your questions, process and ship your orders, and, only if you opt in, send occasional product news. That's it.

Our marketing site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Traffic analytics run on our own server using cookieless software, so nothing about you leaves our systems. Our store uses cookies needed for the cart and checkout; analytics cookies stay off unless you allow them.
