CorrosionX® HD Heavy Duty Thick Film Corrosion Inhibitor
CorrosionX HD is a high performance thick film version of CorrosionX. Dripless and engineered to resist displacement or removal by splash, rain, or pressure washing, it delivers extreme protection for exposed metal in marine, industrial, and agricultural environments. Unlike wax-based corrosion inhibitor coatings, CorrosionX HD will not dry, harden, or crack.
Penetrates rust and corrosion, removes moisture, and shuts down electrolysis. Leaves a non-hardening, self-healing, resilient film coating that protects exposed metal from moisture intrusion for extended periods. Pretreat fittings for easy dismantling years later. Built around Polar Bonding™ Technology.

Directions — Shake well before and during use. Clean debris from surfaces to be treated. For heavy rust and loose scale, pretreat with Corrosion Technologies' Rust Remover or wire brush first. Apply evenly, concentrating on seams and crevices. Reapply as needed. Remove with mineral spirits or a common solvent; for large areas use a steam cleaner fortified with Corrosion Technologies' Xtreme Clean™.
Do not apply to friction-operated devices such as belts, clutches, or brakes.
